Rekha Bakshi has done her LL.B. from the University of Delhi and is a Postgraduate in economics. She has extensive experience of about 15 years in company law matters, employment issues, legal due diligence, transaction documentation etc. Prior to joining the firm, she has worked in various capacities with several corporate houses and has management degree in human resource development. She has been appointed as the panel advocate for the State of Meghalaya before the Supreme Court and Hon’ble National Green Tribunal.

BSK Sahay has more than 15 years of experience in handling court cases. He has vast experience in land acquisition matters, arbitration matters, recovery matters, civil & criminal trial. He has represented corporate clients and government bodies before various courts, tribunals etc. He has extensive experience in drafting arbitration petitions, claim and counter claims, rejoinder, other petition and applications etc.

Avijit Mani Tripathi, a Law Graduate from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University (2008) holding LL.M. from Indian Law Institute. He is an Advocate on Record of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Standing Counsel for the State of Meghalaya in Supreme Court of India and National Green Tribunal. He has 12 years of experience in the field of law and litigation. Prior to joining litigation, Mr. Tripathi has also done judicial clerkship with Mr. Justice (Retd.) Swatanter Kumar, Hon’ble Judge, Supreme Court of India.

Graduated from RML, National Law University, Lucknow as a BA LL.B. (Hons.) student. Worked as a researcher with Eastern Book Company, Lucknow in an attempt to create a corpus of publishable material on General property Law, more specifically law of leases and licenses covered under the Transfer of Property Act, 1882. Good command over Media Laws and has been a Quarter Finalist at the South Asian Rounds of the Oxford Media Law Moot Court Competition and also won the Second-Best Memorial. Ranked 5th Internationally in the International Rounds of the Leiden Sarin Memorial Moot Court Competition, Bucharest Romania. He has been appointed as the panel advocate for the State of Meghalaya before the Hon’ble National Green Tribunal. He has experience in handing environmental litigation and has been appearing before the Hon’ble National Green Tribunal for over 3 (three) years and has argued matters concerning coal mining, effluent discharge, river purification issues etc.

Yoothica Pallavi is a dedicated and accomplished lawyer known for her unwavering commitment to justice and legal expertise. With a passion for advocating on behalf of her clients, she has made a significant impact in the legal field with practice spanning more than 10 years. She is also an Advocate on Record in Supreme Court of India. She holds a degree in law from a Chanakya National Law University, Patna and has amassed a wealth of experience in various areas of law, including Consumer Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, matters related to education, service and arbitration. Her tireless dedication to her clients’ needs and her strong advocacy skills have earned her a stellar reputation in the legal community.

He began his career at the firm in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pandey secured a Masters of Law from University College London in International Commercial Law. He has won various international and national mooting and debating competitions and has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence for his overall performance at the University. He regularly appears as an arbitrator in prestigious mooting competitions around the world like the Willem C V International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
